SICK SOUL:HEALTHY OUTLOOK

Depression is real so I hear the saying.The truth is,do not trust your heart,it can betray you when you least expect I liken a sick body to attack of the body with veritical or horizontal illness in which one is helpless and cannot do anything by one's self while I liken a sick soul to one that is cast down and totally discouraged as a result of good or bad reasons. I liken a sick spirit to when the spirit is attacked with uncontrollable circumstances. The spirit and soul can be heavy and discouraged and one's peace disappears.
The spiritual they say controls the physical. The sickness of the soul may not be curable sometimes by natural means because it affects the emotions. An individual may appear so fulfilled and positively engaged with the right energy but he/she may be internally sick deep down in the soul.

The media both traditional and new have recently been doing so much of coverage on suicides especially in Nigeria and I observe that the Media dictates what happens in the society and sometimes I believe that even acts that should be discouraged when the media publicises them more,it popularises such acts so I had thought that even if such acts of suicide are so prevalent but the media is  silent about them,then it will reduce the number of persons who indulge in such an act. I am beginning to have another view as regards this ,considering an incident that happened to a family I know earlier this year. It made me have a rethink on suicide that there may be  forces behind this act and these forces may be numerous,invisible and sometimes visible.

This time and age,a lot of forces are contending with each individual from difficulty to getting a well paid job ,to meeting basic needs,to having a good relationship maritally and other aspects,to trust,to handling of failure,disappointment and downward/down moments etc. It seems the climate and environment decides one's freedom,happiness or sadness and not the individual himself. People do not seem to understand that the answer to move forward in life sometimes  may be momentary NO .

This under twenty year old girl stayed with her much older brother and was a student in a government senior  secondary school, her house being close to the school and her brother's mini supermarket where she usually help out after school. He took good care of her but all along,he never knew he stole from him.
However,he knew some things were amiss but could not figure it out as his money was getting missing but he never maltreated her because he was not even aware she was doing such.  Eventually,the very day he got a wind of the information,he then sat her down and asked her questions,counselled her aright against theft and pilfering,it was then he knew she had opened a bank account and had saved money and also had bought a phone worth about 30,000#/for one of her friends in school,she eventually did not state what bank she deposited all the money but rather in annoyance went home,sent a younger fellow tenant a common fumigant and drank it all.
I  wondered to myself when a friend also told me the story of her daughter's friend ,a thirteen year old girl who attempted suicide because her sixteen year old boy friend disengaged from her.
 I kept wondering to myself when and why people consider suicide as an option because I doubt if anyone has gone that path and returned to inform others that the solution to their problems in the world below is found in that world where they arrived after committing suicide.Suicide has ripple effects on all that is related to the one who commits it making it a double jeopardy. The University of Lagos driver who killed himself about two months ago, I understand has three children still at the elementary school and who now need a father to take care of their basic needs.
The elder brother of the twenty year old girl had to report the case to inform the school and it was surprising when he arrived there  but was informed that the said girl was not the fourth or fifth to have committed  suicide in that Government secondary school.

That kept me thinking that would it be a good one if in our secondary school curricular across the nation, students are taught to see the brighter side of failure and corrections.
It surprises me in this age that a man will refuse a girl an amorous relationship and the next you hear of the girl is that she sets herself ablaze or took a fumigant etc and so she is dead or you hear of a young man who had a fantastic job and it seems all was well around him but in the corner of his heart was one disappointment which may probably push him towards a better life and then the best he did was to go suicidal or one hears of  even young men/women who have one critical lack or the other considering suicide.
No matter how bad life may treat one,once there is life,the bad will turn out well some day sometime if and only if one does not give up on God and on oneself.

What one cannot afford to make alive,one should rather not destroy especially in the case of human live.


As human,one should learn to let go what is responsible for his/her unhappiness especially if they are people and situations we can handle and avoid those who refuse to add value to our lives .For situations we can not handle,let's hand it over to God trusting him for a better outcome.
We are individually responsible for our happiness or sadness.

Once upon a time, a newly married man who loved his wife so dearly got into a serious argument that eventually tore them apart forever.
Probably because they were new in marital issues,they fought  and argue over any little thing especially in consequential things. There  were times they shared happy moments together that when they were seen,they were mistaken for the happiest couple in the world.Obviously, they loved each other but jettisoned the fact that when the mind is unhappy with one's partner,it should be for a moment  as the heart still loves .

The husband came home from work one afternoon,very tired and famished,he searched the house for snack or chewable but found none,he checked the dinning table and luckily found a well tied cashewnut( though little quantity of about#100 worth) though not as much to quench his hunger pangs so he picked and ate it.

The wife returned home from the market so tired having arrived home earlier to have a change of attire so as to go  shopping to prepare some foods. She was very hungry and had thought to herself that the cashewnut will help hold her hunger pangs while she gets busy in the kitchen. She reached for the cashewnut and angrily,she asked her husband what happened to the nut,angrily he replied her that he was hungry and found no food at home. The wife did not react with ease and soonest hot argument ensued between them. The husband further responded in the local dialect,saying " Whoever owes the slave,likewise owes the properties of the slave".The wife got mad at him and it became a serious exchange of words,she reacted by calling him all sorts of unprintable names. He tried so hard to hold back avoiding hitting her. To avoid any escalation, he got his pair of slippers and vacated the house for a moment.

For a moment was going to last forever.He thought within himself where he could probably go to calm his nerves, so he decided to visit a friend who stays about three parks away from theirs.

It was rather an unfortunate decision because he had boarded the wrong vehicle, he had boarded "one chance" with ritualists as commercial motorist.

When he realised he was kidnapped having gained his consciousness about six hours after he boarded the unfortunate vehicle in which he immediately slept off after boarding,he reached for his phone which he still had with him and put calls through to his wife.

Her phone rang for a couple of minutes as she peeped to see the caller,she deliberately ignored ,still in rage .She refused to pick his calls while he was in danger.
Hours after,at midnight, she got scared thinking its unlike her husband not to return home for the night, she tried to return the call but at this time,the phone never rang anymore. Then, she started running helter skelter in search of him,no one knew his whereabouts. Two days after ,they reported to the police with the husband's picture in case of any eventuality.

She sent prayer requests to their church and churches,spiritual homes etc,vigils conducted for that purpose, prayer requests sent to Facebook platforms etc, while she herself became an angry wife turned prayer champion overnight but all to no avail.

That was the last she saw of her husband. She loved him more now that he is no more and even wanted him to take more of her  peppered cashewnut  possibly.

She had missed that important phone call all because of cashnewnut and anger. She could not forgive herself.

Lessons Learnt
1 Learn to resolve issues with your spouse amicably no matter what and avoid pushing further and farther .

2.The days you live together as couple is just but a few days,they are too short to be filled with strifes, fights and ego. Enjoy those days in love and happiness,you won't live together as husband and wife forever.

3.When angry,always remember it's your mind that is angry,your heart still loves your partner.

4.Don't be selfish,learn to share whatever it is you have with your partner

5.Don't be too proud to say sorry even if you are the man,head,nose or tail of the family.

6.No utopia relationship/union,try to strike a balance. When the right hand washes the left hand and the left hand does likewise to the right then both hands are clean.

7.Forgiveness is a virtue and only the strong forgive,it may be tough and hard to forgive,its characterizes your strength. Try not to pay people back in the same coin they have just paid you,it may not augur well at the long run.

*MULTIPLE Exits*

Above is the simple definition of LIFE. Except for the first man and woman created by God himself,for life to come into existence, a womb is needed. Even as technology  advances and knowledge increases with IVF,SURROGACY and all forms of bringing life I mean real life not robots,a womb is needed, meaning there is just one entrance to life. Even sages,icons,prophets,mini-saviours and the Saviour have been birthed through that same way.

Also the period in which life will be birthed and exists with expected period of birth, natural or decided can be known. Sometimes, when there is delay beyond the expected periods,things can be done to bring that life to fruition.
The Irony of it is that immediately that life starts existing, the clock starts to tickle for it exit also.

While there is mainly one entrance to life, there are multiple exits with no specific timing or period in sight and no means of delaying,procrastinating or elongating that exit. It is even more dangerous at this age and time due to the world's exposure to some technological hazards. While some exits happen unexpectedly,some happen at premature, and some at ripe ages.

Statistics says about 56.6 million people around the world exit every year. 155,000 exit every day,6500 exit every hour ,107,exit every minute and nearly 2 every second. This statistics is scary though but its a fundamental reality to the fact that life may seize for whoever at any time.

There are different kinds of exit ;Extremists and Jihadists actions,local and International terrorism, Diseases,Sicknesses,Poverty,Hatred,Spiritual attacks like witchcraft and wizardry, Engines with technical faults like Aircrashes,Train crashes and Car accidents,Happiness  and beauty like Tummy tuck and liposuction,facial surgery,organ enlargement etc to mention but a few.

In the light of the above on the definition of life,while one has it and is fully at it, and not being sure of the time of its seizure  and withdrawal, living it to the fullest is best by pleasing God your creator with how you are living it. Love your neighbours,do good to others and most importantly LOVE GOD. Anything outside these,will be sorrows and regrets at the time of EXIT especially when it is an uninformed one.

 Unexpected Disappointment.

Today,I want to talk the Bible and pointing at vital lessons I understand from this story.

Once upon a time,there was a man who had a concubine,he had not met her family.In marriage,married women sometimes, get tired of certain things in while some run away,some stay back. So this concubine ran back home to her father's house and since she was not under the leadership of any man,she was free to do whatever she wished and then she started using what she had to get what she wanted,so they say.
She started one night stand.


Her lover came by for her and her father loved him so well that he never wanted him to leave and elongated his stay at his house. Eventually,he let go of them as the lover man also got tired of the stay back persuasion and they embarked on the journey back to the homeland of the man with his lover and his servants.

On their way back home,the night fell and they needed to take refuge somewhere. His servant advised that they pass the night when they arrived a particular country  but his master insisted that he cannot take refuge else where but in the house of God meaning with the children of God because he feels safer around them but he was totally wrong.
He was on the street seeking  for help till late night but no one responded to him except an elderly man who was returning late from his office. Having heard the story of this stranger, he took him in, entertained and nurtured him. He was eventually accommodated in the house of God after so much disappointment and he was happier.

In that same house of God was his utmost nightmare. So they wined,dined and were exchanging pleasantries when some persons within the house of God came to the house where he lodged and they wanted to have a carnal knowledge of him.,they wanted to have sex with a fellow man. So strange,he wondered and thought within himself. Men like himself wanting to do this?So from behind the closed doors (he refused to unlock the door) began negotiations as the Landlord begged them not to engage in such because the man was a stranger  and should be treated well but all his pleas fell on deafened ears, so he offered them his virgin daughter as they pressured him more but they refused and so they offered up this man's concubine.

She was eventually raped to death. In the agony of such distress,she dragged herself to the door of the house that harboured her lover and in the morning,her husband was about leaving the house not even in pursue of this concubine of his but he met her lifeless at the exit door.He was highly disappointed. His disappointment was more than he could so imagine. However,in helping the culprits in the house of God complete the evil they launched,he decided to take her home and then divided her into twelve parts to send them to each state of the federation.

In a bid to end this kind of callousness and for justice to prevail,the eleven states met centrally and decided to investigate the matter by inviting the state in which the evil was committed so that they could properly address the situation to avoid recurrence but the culprit state ignored the call and did not make any efforts to fish out the culprits. The Federating states decided to engage the culprit state in a war. Guess what!this state fought the war and was never remorseful but rather even boasted that they killed so many warriors from the eleven Federating states.

The situation weakened these eleven states so much more that they almost gave up on the fight for justice.One would have wondered why the evil doers seem to have prevailed with his weapons over the multitude for fighting a just course.The eleven states did sum up courage and fought against this one state with all the strength they had  and behold there was a monumental record of deaths amongst the culprit state.

Amongst the eleven states,were fatalities and also casualties among the culprit state. In the culprit state,a little over twenty five thousand people lost their lives as a result of the deeds of maybe less than fifty men. Over Forty thousand people lost their lives among the eleven Federating states for what they should have mutually corrected and kicked against together.

Lessons

*To avoid the second wrong,collectively reject the first.For no reason should bad be called good and the earlier it is corrected the better for the society.

*Concubining and baby mamaship has never being right at any point in the history of the world. Doubt if the lover man would have given her as a sacrifice if he married her officially.

*What women are subdued to,their lives given to go for men?Little wonder,women fighting for liberation for ages.

* When there is something wrong in a system,fight the right persons who are engaged in the wrongs, do not kill the system because of few people,the system may never be back to shape.

*If you do not expect ,you won't be disappointed. Disappointments can come from any source regardless,always prepare for it and don't be expectant of anything from anyone no matter the level of relationship.

*When evil doers thrive,it does not mean that Nemesis would not catch up with them,it is a matter of time. Don't admire an evil person especially when it seems they prosper.

*God is God no matter what. He may prosper the evil and make them conquer,he is Almighty,known to him are his works from the foundation of the world. He cannot be queried.


Absolute trust in God is absolute.

INSIDE OUT

No one can give out what he/she does not have. It is just not possible. Once I do not have something in my possession,expecting me to give it out is absurd and unthinkable.

The reality of our present age is as a result of thoughts and thinking. An individual's thought can influence a family,society,nation and in fact the world at large.The increasing crime rate and evil cum wickedness especially Sexual abuses,irrational attitude to others,incest etc are the results of what has been thought over. If your vision is to identify and give solutions to critical human problems in your immediate environment,your thoughts will be centred on that vision,once there is a distraction,achieving that vision may not be as possible.

Out of the abundance of the heart the tongue voices out. Before you had that pornography on your phone for several visitations,there was a thought.Before you commit that act of rape,incest,padophilia,robbery,killing with the tongue or any kind of deliberate killing nudity,seduction or several methods of murder,you had a thought over it.

 The heart is one of the most powerful organ in the human body,apart from its main function of pumping of blood,it conceives the reality of an individual or determines how you live your life and also end it. If one's inside can be dealt with,you can be sure of what the outside will produce and manufacture. If one cannot deal with one's thoughts,then you can never deal with your tongue. If one cannot deal with one's tongue, one can never deal with one's destiny and if one can never deal with one's destiny, one can never deal with one's eternity ,once you cannot deal with your eternity,I congratulate you!you are welcomed to your doom.

In conclusion, watch your thoughts,sieve your thoughts,observe your thoughts,guard your thoughts,protect your thoughts,sanction your thoughts,discipline your thoughts, process your thoughts,out of the abundance of your thoughts,the tongue,the legs,hands,eyes,ears,the nose and every other parts carry out their actions for good or for bad.

PAINS

 *PAINS*

No one loves to experience pain(s).It is an outcome of an unpleasant situation. However,it is one of the major process of life whether we like it or not.
There may be different perspective to pain(s) but on a general note, some pains can be generic,for example,loss of a dear one to death by whatever means .Other forms of pains could be as a result of disappointment,failure, illness,results of accidents or incidences etc.

Pain sometimes could be positively managed so that it does not aggravate the existing situation. It is better imagined that after undergoing a surgery medically of which one  is expected to feel some kind of pains and one is asked
 if he/she is  feeling some pains but the response is in the negative, even the doctor in charge will be afraid for the patient in question because it is supposed to be part of the healing process.

Anyone,who is alive and has not experienced one pain or the other may not be considered being alive.  Once you stop experiencing pain,you are perhaps  not alive because it is only a dead man who feels nothing  no matter how much pain he may be inflicted with.

Sometimes,these pains come in form of challenge and it is important that one's response to pains should be constructive as some pains  could result in depression and suicide if not properly managed.

What one does at that critical point when the wound and pain is fresh really matters,it may  show one's understanding of life and also determines if one is growing or not. One should learn to take caution and precaution in such situations to stem the tide. One's ability to handle the present pain says a lot  if one will live to deal with another.

In conclusion, pain is one  of the reasons while life still exists because if life is conducive,comfortable and invariably pleasant,paradise will lose its value .

Sometimes Life just presents us with stagnations. It seems as if one is just at a point, no going forward and no moving backward. In short,frustration and confusion are the offsprings in such cases,
relenting ,folding of hands and not pushing further do not help either.In such cases,we just want to stay in our comfort zone and leave all to fate as we watch events unfold either for good or bad and we then apportion blames on fate. Honestly,those moments are best to take actions,I mean real actions.

Most times,it is very good to have around us. People and circumstances that will frustrate us out of our comfort zone to get us to our destinations. They are seen as oppressors but actually they are catalysts for our breakthroughs.
In the process of the perceived frustration,there are those who are always there for us,always consoling us to make us feel good and not despair but really these people will only do us more harm. They make us redundant,help us mope and hinder us  on achieving our life goals. When and if we stay around these people or  they  stay around us  for too long,they kill us and blindfold us from realities.

The story of this young woman below brings this to the fore. In her own case,it was in a particular situation she had no power over but I am actually addressing all situations not any
one in particular.

She was married to a confirmed polygamist.A loving,supportive woman and submissive to her husband,she had no child of her own. The woman in the other room though very harsh and weird,had male and female children. Initially,she felt good about everything and felt things will just fall in place as usual but not as she thought.
She began to feel the heat when the woman in the other room could not just give her a breathing space. She could not send her children on errands,she dares not look at them in the eye for too long neither could she put them through any correction even when they went wrong in family matters.During family festivities and thanksgiving services in their assembly,her husband gives her so much to compensate for her lack and showed her so much love but the other  woman was given all she needed according to each of her children. This man really loved this woman,always consoled her saying ;but you know I love you dear and am I not more than ten sons to you?.

Really,he loved her but even if he was actually more than ten sons to her,she could not have been able to send him on errands like,son,go to the water pot and get me some water or son,go to the stream and fill these Jerry can etc.


They had gone for their usual annual assembly gathering when the frustrations from the other woman really got to her,so she had to take her fate in her hands for a positive change. Her polygamist husband,who was more than ten sons to her could not join her in those exercises that will help her eventually reach her goal.She got herself really engaged and personally challenged that fate after much frustrations from her oppressor who was a catalyst for her success. Eventually, she had a testimony. Her testimony  was to be an Icon whom the world and million of generations reckoned with.

Also in contemporary history is Thomas Edison,the founder of Telegraph,motion Camera,the light bulb and several other inventions.He was self educated at home having attended school for just twelve weeks. He was termed a difficult child by his teacher as he also had hearing impediment. His mother took him home for home schooling.
In 1868,when the family turned Topsy-Turvy, he took the control of his future into his hands and thereafter had his several inventions.
The catalyst was his teacher,thereafter his mother's mental illness.

Moping up in situations and leaving all to fate is not reality at all,it kills faster than death itself.

 *The Flaw*

As Individuals,as our faces are different so also our individuality. We have our strengths and likewise our weaknesses.
Our weaknesses are sometimes hidden while some of them sell us out so cheaply. However,weaknesses are defined relatively in some instances but in whatever manner we may choose to see them,they tend to impede us as we journey through our life routes. Some of these flaws are so conspicuous that others even inform us about them but because at times these flaws are yet to cost us a fortune or teach us life salient lessons bitterly, we tend to think they are normal.

As human, when everyone around you tells you of a weakness you are to deal with in your life,you will never have to deal with it if you do not see a need for it,that simply means you cannot change whatever you do not challenge in your life. However,it is as  important as dealing with such attitude before they deal with us and rubs off permanently on our footprints.

The lists of these flaws are inexhaustible but at least if one is engaged   with an attitude and your attention is drawn to it especially and if changing it would improve you,make you a better person and it would not have any negative impact on one,  then one should give attention to such attitude  and make sincere efforts towards avoiding such.

Some among these numerous weaknesses are ; *Bootlicking* which carries with it all kinds of terrible attitudes like lies,sycophancy,eye service etc.
 *Indolence* ,this also carries with it theft,wrong associations, meaningless thoughts,invitation for dastard acts etc
 *Self* **pride* some persons are an island,they know it all,they do not listen to advise ,good or bad,they are wise in their own way and there cannot be a better person than them,they may be achievers or they may even be nonentity.
 *Rude* ,some persons are rude,they are careless with their talks and Careless with their life' and lifestyle.
 *Self* - *centeredness* ,some do not care whose ox is gored,once they are not affected. This seems to be the attitude in every Human being from the beginning of the world.This singular weakness has killed billions of people world over.
 *Negligence* is also another weakness,some persons do not take anything seriously,in deeds,talks, etc.

Summarily,any weakness one discovers in ones life either self discovered or other- discovered, should be challenged and changed before such attitude leaves negative indelible prints on one's life.

 Children&Correction.

Who is a child?
According to the Cambridge Advanced Learner's Dictionary,a child is a boy or girl from the time of birth until he/she is an adult. The United Nations Convention on the right of the child defines a child as human being below the age 18 years unless under the law applicable to the child,majority is attained earlier.In Nigeria,the CYPA,Child and Youth Programme Assistant only defined a child as anyone under the age of 14 years.There are different juvenile legislations in different countries of the world defining who a child is and pegging the age accordingly.Considering the above ,we can conclusively and generally say that a child is anyone below age 18,who is not yet an adult.

Children are the future.However, what goes into those blank minds today tells a lot about what they become eventually tomorrow.I had a brief discussion with a young mum who showed  her displeasure about a particular school because the teachers engage in paddling the pupils.Although,we ended the discussion,not concluding,we disagreed never to agree on the topic.I hear people say it is not African when you do not paddle your child/ren. I rather will categorically say ,that it is not ethical anywhere in the world not to spank,paddle or engage your children with some form of corporal punishment when they err. The United states of American ruling in 1977 allows Corporal punishment as a form of punishment in schools as long as its confined to spanking and paddling,so in the US,at the federal level,corporal punishment is legal but state(s) law vary on the type to apply.

Corporal punishment such as spanking,paddling using wood paddles,twisting of ears etc are actions that are aimed at stopping or controlling a bad or an unwanted habit or behaviour in a child. The only problem may then be moderation. Even when other provided alternatives to corporal punishment that psychologist and paediatrics doctor sometimes suggest, like denying a child  some privileges and locking them up in a room etc,when such are  not also moderately used,the process will still not lead to achieving the aim of correcting that child.

Moderation is key to achieve effective result in life.Its sometimes believed, that when you spank a child or paddle a child, the child may be more adamant.My take is that for children, their minds are still blank, they are still fresh fish yet unbended and they learn best by example.For parents,who want or wish to really achieve result at correcting a child,I think its very important that such parents should first of all be a prototype of what they want their child to turn out into so that those children see them and learn first.

Any disciplinary action that does not cause injury ,abuse or violence but moderate discomfort and pain to a child should be applied when children err and such discipline should not be angrily carried out and should also not be carried out in anger to achieve results. Most often, when children are disciplined angrily by foster parents or guardians,it infringes some bad memories in those children and may make them be more recalcitrant as they may have developed high tolerance and high threshold for pains.

Corporal punishments that involves forcing a child to consume unpleasant substances,denying them their meals or applying certain pepperish substances into their private parts is simply torture and violence.
These are no longer for corrections but  wicked and unwelcoming.

Further more,Corporal punishment should be applied in love and with some form of tolerance by whoever is applying it, be they teachers,parents,foster parents or guardians. The way such punishment is applied goes a long way to determine if result will  be just for Immediate change,pretentious change,momentary change or permanent change in the child in question.

Finally,while one applies the traditional methods of punishing a child like spanking, ear twisting,paddling etc,they could be interchanged with other alternatives like denying of privileges,engaging the child in extra domestic activities outside his/her schedules and assigned house chores and  when such child does as expected with the right behaviour,rewards could also come but moderately as well. It is very important we correct our children early enough with age appropriate corporal forms of punishment  before they engage in crimes that will result into capital punishment for them,I.e Death penalty.Some children committed such capital punishable crime while they were just minor or underage but will get the death penalty while they are above Eighteen years of age.
A stitch in time saves more than Nine if  I am allowed to say.

*Exploring Purposes*

Many a times,as human beings we feel so unfulfilled  and empty within. This kind of feeling, can also be experienced by others whom we even feel are doing so well and by the definition of achievement,we perceive and believe they have gone the extra mile and are achievers. This kind of a feeling sometimes make some persons give up even when they are near Success. We need to always check up on our attitude(s),it determines our altitude.
We also need the right fortitude to keep on carrying on even when it does not seem interesting any more.

We all have been commissioned differently and for  different purposes by God.The only limitation here, is the discovery of that specific fit for and of each individual to enable the keying into that purpose.

The world would been a better place if only half the over 6 billion population know their specific purpose,key into it ,live for it and influence others  positively with it.

*Life's Calibrated Steps*

In life,nature has made it possible and simply understandable that its a cosmos setting. Nature explains that you sow and hold on for certain period and then comes harvest,its orderly. There is always a process but often,human beings make attempt to frustrate and manipulate natural orders,sometimes using technologies. Most often, when nature is altered,the result and impact may be negative.

There are processes and steps to achieve results.
Building Engineers always have this to say; that the staircase(s) is built based on human kinetics explaining that each step should make you gain and gather certain experience(s) and especially prepare you for the next step and level,anything outside this may produce an unpleasant  result.
It is one of the reasons one looks, at some individuals who are believed to be at an advantage of maybe wealth,perhaps wealth of their parents or opportunities created by their predecessors but their own life turn out poorly.

More often,ready made products may not need much polishing but for many of those that are that advantaged,when they refuse to rebirth themselves personally,especially trying to call certain things to order,they will end up living an unfulfilled life. The quality of life of their predecessors seems enviable and more admirable than theirs and often 'they' end up with meaningless and wasted life.

Steps in life should toughen one for bigger and higher steps which will eventually lead to desirable results and goals.

In the words of Williams Shakespeare, some are born great,some have greatness entrusted on them while some achieve greatness.

To be born great  or born with advantages is really an opportunity but to die great is indeed an achievement.

While some persons are aware,on who they are really and what they can do,they are not ready and are not willing to explore into their potentials. Some others are ready to launch into the deep but they are yet to realise what their potentials are  and so are not aware of self.
For as many as are self aware and ready,you find them launching, exploring and exploding.

Time,they say waits for no one(man),it then means that the earlier one realises self and preparedly ignite,the better it is.

*Every day Sowing

In life,whether we like it or not,what we do every second, minute and moment is likened to the duty and responsibility of a farmer. We are sowing at all times and moment.

Farmers sow seeds,monitors them and at the time of harvest,he gathers together what has been sown. The harvest are the consequences and outcome of what was sown. Ideally,every other thing being equal,one reaps a bountiful harvest above what was sown.

Summarily we sow everyday,we reap everyday,we are today a product of what was sown yesterday  and tomorrow,harvest what we are presently sowing this very moment. Therefore, this moment and always,one should be careful the kind of seed one is sowing ensuring that its an edible one to produce an edible harvest.
What will happen if no seed is sown or if there are no farmers,we will all die of starvation and the few harvest will come with inflated market prices for the few who can afford it.

The bottom line is,we should sow edible seeds in career,character,cash,attitude,relationships,kindness and in all situations of life,otherwise,the result of not sowing an edible seed has a clearer picture even before the harvest.

*HEALING PERSONALLY(SELF)*

There are situations of life in which we find our self and it seems we mean nothing to everyone around us.
Everyone in this sense, includes even closest family members,like husbands even mothers. Although later ,these people in question may come around even in more challenging situations and when least expected. At times,the real situation is not that those whom we expect so much from do not care,it just happens that in that situation,they appear to have done nothing or did not do enough as expected( I should think this is such feelings some persons who have considered suicide have/had).
 To be sincere,there are certain things no one can help us do,one of such is personally healing from within. Its important,that one is psychologically healing personally .If one does not do this,one may continually consider that he/she is not loved by anyone or that one's life is the worst. When one starts healing personally,things are
likely to fall in place and will appear beautifully shaped.

Heal yourself by sincerely dealing with yourself internally,if you do not do this for yourself,who will?
